The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 Business loan program provides long-term, fixed rate financing for business real estate and equipment. The program allows a business to purchase land, acquire or construct buildings, and acquire equipment and fixtures. The SBA 504 Loan Program is a partnership program between a Certified Development Company (CDC) and a lender.
